Hankyung's Famous Beijing Fried Rice

So lately I've been watching a lot of old variety shows with Super Junior in them.
I adore Leeteuk, for his caring motherly self.
Hankyung, for his big heart and innocent yet mischievous ways
Donghae for his sensitivity
Kyuhyun, just because he has a great voice and a lot of charisma
and basically everyone else.

So on Full House, episode 2, Hankyung, the cook for Super Junior, prepares fried rice for breakfast.

When the members asked what it is, he meant to say "egg fried rice" but pronounced it wrong because of his broken korean (which I find adorable!!! well his voice is just sexy). The others thought he said "Beijing fried rice" and were all expecting some mysterious Chinese recipe and were all later confused when he just fixed regular old egg fried rice.

I didn't know this top piece of information, I just found out while looking for the recipe online, nevertheless I wanted to try it! Then I could day dream and think of Hankyung while eating it :)

And so I made it! It's so delicious in a plain way. But while I was cooking and as it cooled, the rice stuck together unlike bought fried rice. It was because I used (I only had!!) korean sticky rice. Now I know not to use sticky rice when cooking fried rice. Also, I thought of Hankyung! n_n
